"Think of seeds in a forgotten packet, they still have the impulse to grow into that certain plant, and they will germinate and develop even years later..."

Professional Training

Biodynamic massage can be practiced as a complementary therapy or used by body psychotherapists as part of a psychotherapeutic process.

Training that leads to a qualification to practice biodynamic massage at a complementary therapy level is generally spread over one academic year and includes a module in holistic anatomy and physiology.

Training as a body psychotherapist that includes biodynamic massage is a post-graduate level training over six years leading to registration with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP).

The following schools run training courses accepted by the Association of Holistic Biodynamic Massage Therapists.   Please contact the schools directly for up-to-date information.

  • London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP)

  • Cambridge Body Psychotherapy Centre (CBPC)
