Annual General Meeting, November 5th 2016
This year's AGM will feature an afternoon session with Sandra Heider who will deliver an experiential session on yoga and biodynamic massage principles.
This one-hour yoga session will explore how biodynamic massage principles can be introduced and integrated into yoga, as well as how those principles are already taught in yoga. The session will work with breath, internal awareness, energy and an intent of being with what is emerging. Focus is also on being present with the process as it unfolds without making the demand for it to be different.
The session will be begin at 2pm. Please wear comfortable clothing in which you can stretch easily. Mats are provided, but if you have your own mat, please bring it along.
If you would like to attend, please RSVP to Lindsey Nicholas at [email protected], so we have a feel for numbers.

Sandra is a Senior Yoga Teacher certified by UK Yoga Alliance. She has been practising yoga since 1999 and teaching it since 2004. She is also a Senior Student of Body Psychotherapy at CBPC.

Spring Meeting 2016
Branding versus Authenticity
We had an excellent meeting on Saturday 30th April, at the Royal Society of Medicine. Our inspired speaker, marketing consultant, Kirby Amour challenged all our preconceptions on how marketing for the therapeutic world can be approached. You can read a blog on her talk, and our discussion here. Our thanks go out to Kirby for giving up her time to come and provoke us in such an interesting and innovative way.
The meeting was a great success, and the atmosphere reflected the strong sense of energy and community within the Association. It was great to see everyone!
